I haven't received my registration email.
Please check the trash of your email service. Also, please put our domain MyPurpleRabbit.com on your Safe Senders list or otherwise mark it as not spam.
Can you re-send my registration email?
Yes. Log in. You arrive on your Wall. In the left column there is a box with the heading Information. Within there is a section called Status and behind it the word UNCONFIRMED on a red background, next to the word Explanation. Click on explanation. Now a small window pops up. There is a link for you to click to have our system resend your registration email.
My password doesn't work. Why?
If you double-click on your password your computer will sometimes pick up extra characters even if it does not seem like that to you, and our system will reject your password because of those extra characters. Try pasting your double-clicked password into Notepad or a similar application, and copy it from there to your password field.
How can I opt out of email notifications?
The Settings page (My Profile > Settings) has all manner of opt-in and opt-out options.

How do I delete my profile completely?
Contact the Webmaster through sitemail and request that he delete your profile. Alternately, delete all content from your profile and stop using it. Our system will automatically delete it some months after your last recorded login.
